Michigan football wild upset of Ohio State: How it happened, now what?

Though the 2024 season has yet to end − a pretty fun New Years Eve rematch with Alabama in Tampa for the ReliaQuest Bowl still awaits − there’s already a buzz in the Ann Arbor air about Michigan football’s 2025 campaign.
The Wolverines will try to rebound from a 7-5 season in 2024 (though it wasn’t all bad considering there were still wins over Michigan State and Ohio State) and fight for a College Football Playoff berth. Now, we have more clarity on what that journey will look like after the 2025 schedules for all 18 Big Ten teams were released Wednesday afternoon on Big Ten Network.
U-M has known its three nonconference foes for some time — home games against New Mexico and Central Michigan sandwich the highlight of the early slate when Michigan travels to Norman on Sept. 6 to take on head coach Sherrone Moore’s Alma mater Oklahoma — as well as all of its Big Ten opponents, but it now knows when it will go where.
Below is the complete 2025 Michigan football schedule, with many TV channels and kickoff times still to be announced.
