CONCERN is growing for NBA legend Michael Jordan after a recent public appearance.
Jordan was at the Stade Louis-II to watch Monaco beat Barcelona in the Champions League, but fans couldn’t help but notice something about his appearance.
Bleacher Report posted a photo of Jordan in the stands at the game, and fans were quick to speculate on an issue with the photo.
In the picture, Jordan’s eyes appeared to be a yellow color instead of white, leading viewers to panic about the star’s health.
“Check on that liver, Mike,” one fan said.
“It’s a shame when you see your childhood hero sick,” another fan said.
“I hope he’s ok,” a third fan said.
“I hate seeing my goat like this,” a fourth fan said.
This isn’t the first time that Jordan’s eyes have caused concern among NBA fans.
When the Last Dance documentary was released, Jordan regularly appeared with a yellow tint in his eyes.
Those appearances caused fans to speculate that he could be suffering from jaundice or another serious condition.
Jaundice is a condition that can be caused by overconsuming alcohol and can cause someone’s eyes and skin to yellow. It occurs when the liver is unable to process bilirubin, a yellow substance in the blood, and isn’t always caused by alcohol consumption.
When the Last Dance documentary was released, Dr. Val Phua spoke to VICE about the potential condition Jordan could be suffering from.
“Yellow eyes should not be ignored because they are a sign of something more going on. There is literally more than meets the eye,” he said.
“Leaving eye conditions untreated includes compromise in vision and even blindness.

THE new TV rights deal is promising to be a humongous win for NBA players.
The league is set to more than double the revenue coming from its media partners, pocketing about $6.9 billion per year, which will inevitably lead to a huge salary cap spike in 2025-26.
That is going to send the value of player contracts skyrocketing.
Projected figures suggest we might see the first $100 million-per-year deal being signed soon.
Currently, Boston Celtics All-Star Jayson Tatum is projected to earn the highest single-season salary in NBA history, collecting $71.5 million in 2029-30.
If TNT Sports successfully matches one of the offers to maintain its decades-long partnership with the league, hoops fans will be on the winning side too.
The network’s flagship, Inside the NBA, is a one-of-a-kind sports entertainment show, as evidenced by ESPN’s ongoing failure to come up with its own version of the program in recent years.
The NBA wouldn’t be the same without Kenny and Ernie trying to make sense of Shaq and Chuck’s never-ending bickering every Tuesday night.
“His eyes are slightly discolored which may point to jaundice, but there seems to also be a slightly raised lesion on the eye, which can point to something local causing the discoloration like a pinguecula.”
Jordan hasn’t spoken much about his alcohol consumption and smoking habits, but did once reveal a small detail during his career.
“A lot of times I’ll dream I’m a bad alcoholic and I can’t stop drinking and embarrassing myself. And I’m going to lose everything,” he said to author Bob Greene.
“I wake up from that dream in a sweat.”
