We’re giving MH SQUAD members one-off access to one of London’s leading Pilates studios to experience a strength-building Pilates class in their state-of-the-art infrared heated studio.
Heartcore has developed a cult following within the fitness industry for its unique blend of Pilates, yoga and strength-training. Classes are led by some of the best trainers in the business at seven locations across London – and we’ve secured a number of spots, exclusively for MH SQUAD members.
Date: Wednesday 6th November
Time: 5:30pm arrival for the 6:00pm – 7:00pm class
Location: Heartcore Bayswater, 57 Ossington St, London W2 4LY
Price: £5 charitable donation to Movember
Held at the Bayswater studio on 6th November at 6pm, the hour-long class is designed to help you sweat, stretch and strengthen at the same time. It’ll blend the most effective elements of Pilates, yoga and strength-training with the powerful health benefits of infrared heat to challenge you, whatever your previous mat experience.

Exactly how hot is it? Let’s just say you’re going to need to bring a big water bottle. You’ll probably want a change of clothes for after the class, too, when you’ll get the chance to chill with a drink before leaving with a goodie bag.
Tickets are £5 each, the full value of which is being donated to Movember.
It’s about more than just moustaches: the Movember charity works to raise awareness of men’s health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and male suicide, as well as funding projects which support people dealing with these concerns.
A quick admin note: anyone who attends will need to sign up for a free Heartcore account for health and safety purposes. Don’t worry – we’ll send you a reminder once you’ve booked your place.
