MESQUITE, Nev. – The Bellarmine men’s golf team heads out west this weekend to open the spring portion of their 2024-25 schedule.

Bellarmine Starters: Luke Bischoff (junior), Ben Wulkopf (redshirt freshman), Ballard Harris (redshirt senior), Kash Albarado (junior) and Ben Davenport (freshman).
 
About the Knights: At the Pinetree Intercollegiate, Bischoff finished 13^th out of 60 at plus-8, bouncing back from his plus-25 performances the week prior at Kentucky. Wulkopf finished at plus-6 and tied for 44^th out of 99 in his collegiate debut at SIUE, but placed 80^th out of 83 at his last time out at Kentucky. Harris tied for 18^th out of 99 at SIUE and tied for 10^th out of 83 at Kentucky, but finished at plus-24 and tied for 49^th out of 60 at the Pinetree. Albarado carded all nine of his rounds in the 70s or better in the fall. He and Harris tied for the Knights’ best round of the fall, each carding a minus-3 68 in the second round at SIUE. Davenport, a Bowling Green native, will be making his collegiate debut.

Last Time Out: Bellarmine placed seventh out of 10 at the Pinetree Intercollegiate on October 14 and 15 at Pinetree Country Club in Kennesaw, Ga. The Knights finished strong, carding a plus-12 300 in the final round.
