WAYNESBORO, Pa. – The Franklin & Marshall men’s golf team sits in a tie for second place out of 19 teams after day one of the Mason-Dixon Collegiate Classic. The Diplomats shot 291 (+3) as a team and trail Gettysburg by just four strokes entering Sunday’s final round. F&M is currently in a tie for second with Swarthmore.
Quishi He and Roy Anderson led the Diplomats with even par rounds on the par-72 course Saturday. Those scores have the top F&M players tied for 14th in the individual standings after day one. Both He and Anderson carded three birdies during the first 18 holes of their respective tournaments.
