HOBBS, New Mexico – The Concordia Texas men’s golf team earned a seventh-placd finish at the USW Fall Invitational. Parker Smith (74-76-71, +8) earned a 15th-place finish to lead the Tornados at the Rockwind Community Links Golf Course.
Adrian Rodriguez (79-71-75) placed 22nd overall for the Tornados, while Kaden English (81-73-77) tallied a team-best seven birdies to finish 36th. Newcomers Ryan Rios (84-74-84, 52nd) and Jack Mara (82-76-81, 53rd) both had impressive second round scores to finish back-to-back in the final standings as they rounded out the team scoring for CTX.
Playing as individuals, Koke Dolce (78-78-82) and Wesley Gipson (85-76-77) both tied for 47th overall at the competition. Cole Pospisil fired a consistent three-round score of 84-86-86 to place 57th at the event.
