NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Belmont men’s golf team is back in action this Monday and Tuesday at the Grover Page Classic in Jackson, Tennessee.

What’s Bruin

• At their first event of the season last week, the Bruins finished in ninth place at the Joe Feaganes Marshall Invitational.  Sophomore Chris Harpum led BU as he finished in a tie for 10^th place.  
• Harpum leads the team in scoring with a 69.7 average.  Fellow sophomore Jack Darke ranks second at 71.7.  
• This will mark the fourth straight season Belmont has played in this event.   They have posted top-six finishes the last three seasons with their best finish coming in 2021 when they placed fourth.  

This week’s Grover Page Classic, is a two-day, 54-hole event, with 36 holes contested on Monday and 18 holes on Tuesday.  It will be held at Jackson Country Club, which will play to a par of 72 and a length of 6,849 yards. 

The field features 15 schools and includes two other MVC teams, Missouri State and Murray State, and several former OVC foes: host UT-Martin, Austin Peay, SIUE, Eastern Illinois, Morehead State, and Tennessee State.
