A Memphis, TN man was arrested Sunday at Harrah’s Casino after cheating at gambling.
62 year old Eliis Quinn Jr. was caught increasing his bets after the dice game was over approximately 10 times swindling Harrah’s Casino out of app. $3,000.
A check of Quinn revealed a warrant out of Colorado for gambling violation with nationwide extradition. Ellis was arrested, cited for cheating at gambling and lodged on the warrant at the Massac County Detention Center.
