The Tigers unveiled their 2024-25 non-AAC slate on Tuesday. It includes a neutral-site game against two-time defending national champion UConn, home games against three SEC opponents (including the season opener versus Missouri on Nov. 4) and an ACC road swing through Clemson and Virginia in December.
On Monday, Memphis women’s basketball, led by coach Alex Simmons, revealed its full regular-season, non-conference schedule, which tips off against Mississippi Valley State (Nov. 4) at Elma Roane Fieldhouse. Back-to-back home games at FedExForum against Tennessee and Louisville highlight the team’s out-of-league docket.
The game against the Cardinals is set for Dec. 21 and makes up one-half of a men’s and women’s twin bill. Hardaway’s team will square off against Mississippi State that day. Tipoff times and broadcast plans will be announced at a later date.
The Tigers also will host a preseason charity exhibition doubleheader at FedExForum on Oct. 15. The men’s team will meet North Carolina, while the women will face defending national champion South Carolina.
