MBody Fitness to open 2nd location in Katy

The fitness boutique was born in September 2021 to meet the high demands of a suburban parent who is busy but also needs to prioritize their health, owner Magan McSwain said. The initial location is located at 7109 Katy-Gaston Road, Ste. 200, Richmond.
McSwain said the program aims to help members discover their physical and mental strength with strength and conditioning classes such as:
- Group training
- Semi-private training
- Private training
- Nutrition coaching
