Main Sip opens this weekend, adding new cocktail bar to Doylestown’s indoor golf venue

Main Street Sport & Social is ready to tee off the newest addition to its indoor entertainment venue with this weekend’s grand opening of Main Sip by 1675.

The new cocktail bar and lounge opens Friday from 6–10 p.m. on the third floor of the Main Street Marketplace located in the heart of downtown Doylestown, thanks to a partnership with Bensalem-based distillery, 1675 Spirits.

Will Wister, who first opened Main Swing Indoor Golf Lounge on the second floor of the marketplace in 2023 before expanding to include Main Strike indoor bowling lounge and Main Stroke indoor miniature golf, said Main Sip is the perfect amenity to complement their offerings.

“The plan all along was to make this an all-encompassing place. And the bar was really the final piece where people could have an experience for the whole family,” Wister said.

“We’re excited to round out the picture of what we wanted to achieve at the end of the day.”

With the new bar in full swing, BYOB will no longer be an option at Main Street Sport & Social’s other facilities, but Main Sips’ drinks can be enjoyed across the entire venue while duck pin bowling, playing a round in one of the golf simulator bays or competing in nine holes of miniature golf.

Bari Buiso, general manager of Main Sip, said the newest expansion allows the venue to offer something for everyone.

“We’re just trying to have an all-inclusive space that is not specifically one thing, but has cross-appeal for families, for date nights, for private events, for girls nights or for guys watching sports. Depending on the time and the day, there are so many different levels of experiences and hospitalities that people can hope to get here.”

What’s on the menu at Doylestown’s new sports bar

Main Sip’s menu includes a curated selection of Pennsylvania wine and beers, while showcasing 1675’s line of spirits across specially crafted cocktails, many of which feature golf and other sports-inspired themes, like:

Transfusion: vodka, grape, lime and ginger ale
Ace Paloma: tequila, grapefruit and soda
John Daly: vodka, iced tea and lemonade

When is Main Sip in Doylestown open?

Main Sip is open seven days a week, following the same hours of operation as the rest of Main Street Sport & Social’s services:

Sunday: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Monday–Thursday: 4 – 9 p.m.
Friday: 2 p.m. – midnight
Saturday: 11 a.m. – midnight
