Maineville, OHIO − It’s moving day at the Kroger Queen City Championship presented by P&G.

After two rounds of action at TPC River’s Bend, the leaderboard is stacked with some of the LPGA’s top players competing for a $2 million purse.

After going eight holes without a birdie, Lydia Ko has birdied two of the last three holes. She’s now 12-under and tied for second.

Playing in the same group, Sei Young Kim and Jasmine Suwannapura each birdied the par-4 13th hole to move into second place at 12-under. They are joined by Haeran Ryu and Lydia Ko.

There are seven golfers now tied for second place, sitting four strokes behind the lead after Albane Valenzuela birdied the par-5 11th hole. She has hit 11-of-11 greens in regulation so far today.

Groupmates Sei Young Kim and Jasmine Suwannapura are both 3-under on Saturday and have a share of the second-place jumble. Kim opened the back-9 with back-to-back birdies. Suwannapura has five birdies and three bogeys over the last 10 holes.

Haeran Ryu is seeking back-to-back wins on the LPGA Tour after claiming the FM Championship Aug. 29. Ryu just finished the front-9 with a birdie and is now in a six-way tie for second place at 11-under, four strokes back of Thitikul.

Jeeno Thitikul now has three birdies and five pars through eight holes. She birdied the par-5 eighth hole to get to 15-under for the tournament. She leads Nelly Korda by four strokes.

Lydia Ko is the only golfer in the top 5 on the leaderboard not under par so far on Saturday. The Olympic gold medalist followed a bogey on the first hole today with six consecutive pars before notching a birdie on the par-5 eighth hole.

It’s moving day for a reason and the top-ranked player in the world is making her move for a possible seventh LPGA Tour win of the season. Korda just birdied the par-3 12th hole (which she bogeyed Friday) to move into a tie for second place with Stephanie Kyriacou.

Jeeno Thitikul still holds a 3-shot advantage for the top spot on the Kroger Queen City Championship leaderboard. On the par-3 7th hole, she avoided any chance at the water by hitting the fat side of the green and two-putting for par. She’s recorded a par on four consecutive holes.

The World No. 1 has birdied three of her last five holes to move into a tie for third place at 10-under through 10.

Gaby Lopez has avoided any costly mistakes after a strong start. She’s gone 28 holes without a bogey and has just birdied back-to-back holes to move to 11-under for the tournament and sole possession of second place.

The eagle has landed for Jing Yan as the 28-year-old has been on fire so far Saturday after entering the third round tied for 31st. Yan has four birdies and just eagled the par-5 11th hole. She’s now moved to 10-under for the tournament and sits in a four-way tie for third place.

Stephanie Kyriacou has notched back-to-back birdies and has moved to 10-under for the tournament. She’s in a four-way tie with Maria Fassi, Gaby Lopez and Lydia Ko for the No. 2 spot.

Lydia Ko, who has secured her entry into the LPGA Hall of Fame, is now three strokes off the lead. Ko has hit both greens in regulation on Saturday but a dreaded three-putt on the opening hole resulted in her first bogey of the tournament.

Clubhouse leader Jeeno Thitikul continues to fire on all cylinders with a birdie on the par-4 first hole to begin the day. She missed the fairway on No. 2, but still managed a par to stay at 13-under for the tournament. She has a three-stroke lead behind a four-way tie for second place.

Over her last 19 holes, Lindy Duncan has five birdies, an eagle and no bogeys. The 33-year-old has never won on the LPGA Tour but has no climbed into a share of fourth place.

World No. 1 Nelly Korda was 1-over through eight holes on Friday before a birdie on the par-5 18th hole. She finished with a 70 to land at 7-under for the tournament. Korda has started hot on Saturday with a birdie on the par-4 second hole. She is currently tied for eighth.

Jeeno Thitikul has fired a 66 on back-to-back days to take the 36-hole lead at the Kroger Queen City Championship. Thitikul has just two bogeys thus far and birdied three of the final four holes on Friday to gain a one-stroke lead over second-place Lydia Ko.

Thitikul, Ko and third-place Haeran Ryu (10-under) will tee off at 10:32 a.m. on Saturday.
