GREENSBORO, N.C. — Louisville women’s basketball is looking for its eighth trip to the ACC Tournament semifinals.
Only third-seeded Duke stands in its way. The sixth-seeded Cardinals and Blue Devils are set for a 7:30 p.m. ACC Tournament quarterfinals contest tonight. Louisville is 7-2 in ACC Tournament quarterfinals and improved to 3-0 in second-round games after beating 14th-seeded Clemson in overtime, 70-68.
Duke has had five days off after beating Florida State, 71-57, in the regular-season finale. The Blue Devils won three of their last five games with their last two losses coming at the hands of Louisville — their only home loss of the season — and Notre Dame.
