The press service of Ligue 1 reacted to the comments made by Portuguese forward Cristiano Ronaldo of Al-Nassr, who compared playing in the leagues of France and Saudi Arabia.
Previously, the Portuguese claimed that it is harder to play in Saudi Arabia due to the extremely high temperatures in the country.
In response to these words, the official Spanish account of Ligue 1 posted photo of Lionel Messi’s victory at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar with the following caption:

Ronaldo has been with Al-Nassr since early 2023. He has played a total of 83 matches for the club, scoring 74 goals and providing 18 assists.
Messi played for French club PSG from 2021 to 2023. During his time with the Parisian side, he participated in 75 matches across all competitions, scored 32 goals, and made 35 assists. Messi won the French championship twice and claimed the national Super Cup once with the club.
