The facility, at 5133 Darrow Road, was first constructed in 1973 and is being sold because the owners are looking to retire, according to the listing on online marketplace LoopNet.com.
According to the listing at LoopNet, the property includes more than 10 acres of land and the one-story, 64,462-square-foot sports facility that was built between 1973 and 2004. The property includes two indoor swimming pools, three outdoor pools, an indoor track, and multiple indoor sports courts. There are designated areas for spinning, racquetball, kettlebell, flexibility, pickleball, aerobic, cardio, strength and general purpose.
The parking lot includes 265 parking spaces and there is additional land.
According to records from the Summit County Fiscal Office, Jave LLC owns the property, having purchased it in September 2011.
