A man riding a scooter was allegedly hit by a vehicle, and left, which concerned someone who called the police. He supposedly returned to the scene but then left again. A woman at the scene denied hitting him. Officers were unable to locate the man, but he called later claiming she purposely hit him and would not provide her information. Officers eventually spoke with all involved, letting them know they had several opportunities to report the incident, but did not, and that they had different accounts of what took place. Officers did not see any damage to the man’s scooter.
