The Las Vegas Raiders are in search of their future franchise quarterback and may have squandered that opportunity by winning last week at home against the Jaguars. Meanwhile, the New Orleans Saints have been decimated by injuries that have unraveled their season. On the injury front, the Raiders will be without guard Jordan Meredith who is dealing with ankle injury.

Meanwhile, the Saints are coming off a Monday Night Football game where they were shut out by the Packers and could not generate any type of offense. Quarterback play continues to be an issue for the Saints and that does not change this week.

If we had odds on which matchup this week would be least watched, this game would be the heavy favorite. I believe the offenses will struggle in this game and possibly see a run-heavy approach for both teams. Saints have scored a total of 44 points over the last four weeks. I don’t trust either one of these offenses with the quarterback play in this game. I will close my eyes and take the Under.

If there is one player I trust for the Raiders, it’s their stand out rookie Brock Bowers.
