We’re already halfway through the 2024-25 Kentucky high school boys’ basketball regular season, but one team continues to stand out among the rest.
That would be the St. Xavier Tigers, which once again held down the top spot in KSR’s Week 6 Top 25 rankings update despite having the last couple of weeks off. St. X has still yet to drop a game against an in-state school this season. Great Crossing, led by Kentucky signee Malachi Moreno, checked in right behind the Tigers at No. 2 while Frederick Douglass, Marshall County, and Bryan Station round out the Top 5 in order.
We didn’t see as much movement in this week’s rankings compared to the first several updates, but there was still plenty of minor movement in the back end of the Top 25, including the freshly-ranked Madison Central Indians. Dive into the entire Week 6 update below.
