Kentucky Sports Alliance, a consortium of 15 Kentucky tourism-based organizations, announced today that it has rebranded from TEAM Kentucky. Founded in 2003 with the goal of bringing sporting events to the state, the rebrand eliminates confusion with the state’s economic development efforts. The KSA is made up of destination marketing organizations from Bowling Green, Corbin, Elizabethtown, Hopkinsville, Lexington, Kentucky Lake/Marshall County, London/Laurel County, Louisville (There are two groups from here), Madisonville, McCracken County, Murray, Paducah, as well as Kentucky Department of Tourism and Kentucky Venues. The rebranding was unveiled at the annual TEAMS conference in Anaheim.
