Patch Adams, who broke his maiden on Nov. 30 with a 10 1/2-length win at Churchill Downs, worked for trainer Brad Cox on Tuesday at Payson Park.
The Into Mischief colt breezed four furlongs in 49.4 seconds, 16th fastest of 98 at the distance.
Patch Adams debuted in October with a third-place finish in a six-furlong sprint at Keeneland. As of Sunday night, he was at 20-1 in Las Vegas futures for Kentucky Derby 2025.
He was one of seven horses in the futures who had published works Tuesday.
Calling Card (Complexity) worked four furlongs in 51.6 seconds at Fair Grounds on Tuesday morning. It was the 55th fastest of 67 works at the distance. This was his first work since his last race.
