The pavilion includes the services it provides throughout the exhibition days, and displays of real estate registration and documentation transactions included in the laws that were recently issued, which introduced new transactions that are being implemented for the first time, especially in the field of digital transformation and completing transactions electronically.
The pavilion also includes displays of real estate sales transactions, including immediate real estate ownership transfer services, and issuing real estate residencies in co-operation with the Ministry of Interior.
For the first time at the Cityscape Qatar, the Real Estate Brokerage Department will conduct field visits to the companies participating in the exhibition, to introduce real estate brokerage procedures, raise awareness of the provisions of the Real Estate Brokerage Law, and ensure that licensed companies practice the real estate brokerage profession.
The Ministry of Justice is participating under the umbrella of the government pavilion, which includes the Real Estate Development Authority (Aqarat) and the Investment Promotion Agency, to provide an integrated real estate experience for visitors to the exhibition, and create a stimulating environment for real estate investment.
The Ministry of Justice pavilion provides legal services and consultations related to judicial transactions supporting the real estate sector, including services for non-Qataris to own and benefit from real estate following Cabinet Decision No. 28 of 2020 specifying the areas in which non-Qataris may own and benefit from real estate, and the conditions, controls, advantages, and procedures for their ownership and benefit. – QNA
