QUINCY — The future of the Quincy golf scene took center stage Thursday at Westview Golf Course with the Quincy Junior City Tournament.
Quincy High School junior Hunter St. Clair won the boys 16-17 division by shooting a 1-over 72. Quincy Notre Dame’s Aiden Tangy was second with a 78.
In the boys 14-15 division, QND’s Olliver Hendrian took first with a 4-over 75, followed by Harper Hough at 78 and Keeden Orpet-Hulett at 79.
In the girls 14-15 division, future QND teammates Natalie Druffel and Nancy Scholz went head-to-head with Druffel taking first with a 78 and Scholz posting an 80. QND’s Isabelle Boudreau won the girls 16-17 division with an 81.
Other flight champions were Olivia Scholz in the girls 12-13 division with an 88, Asher Peters in the boys 10-11 division with a nine-hole score of 47, Elizabeth Boudreau with a 62 in the girls 10-11 division, Beckham Peters in the boys 8-and-under division with a 33 for five holes and Magnolia Schrage with a 42 in the girls 8-and-under division.
