The Kansas City Chiefs are undefeated no more.
The Buffalo Bills handed them their first loss of the season on Sunday, 30-21, snapping a 15-game win streak that dated back to December of last year.
Josh Allen, who continues to play at an MVP level, had an outstanding game in the win, throwing for 262 passing yards, a touchdown and an interception while adding 57 rushing yards and a touchdown on the ground. With just over two minutes to play in the fourth quarter, Allen helped seal the game with a gutsy 26-yard rushing touchdown on fourth down.
On the other side of the ball, Patrick Mahomes had an up-and-down game with 196 passing yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions, and it wasn’t enough to keep his team undefeated.
After the win, fans had high praise for Allen and Buffalo for handing Kansas City its first loss of the year.

It seems only fitting that the Bills ended the Chiefs’ bid for a perfect season considering how things have played out between the two teams in recent years. If the trend continues, it’s also likely Buffalo and Kansas City will see each other later this year in the playoffs, which would almost certainly make for another thrilling matchup.
