Jacksonville, AL – On Saturday, October 26, 2024, UREC Fitness will host the highly anticipated 5th installment of StrongOne, a thrilling fitness competition set to challenge and reward fitness enthusiasts. This year’s event promises to be bigger and better, featuring a range of mixed events designed to test participants’ strength, endurance, speed, and agility.
Spectators are welcome to join in the excitement as participants go head-to-head in a variety of events aimed at showcasing their physical capabilities.
This year’s StrongOne will include the following challenging events:
A weigh-in is mandatory for all participants to ensure correct placement in the appropriate weight division. Weigh-ins must occur no earlier than four days before the competition and no later than two days prior. Once registered, participants will receive full details and instructions for Comp Day.
Every registrant will receive entry to the event, a swag bag with fitness-related goodies, a bib number, a special event t-shirt, and a raffle ticket for a chance to win a large prize giveaway.
