Sunday’s 2024 Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe will be shown LIVE on ITV Racing – meaning horse racing fans can enjoy the action from the richest horse race in Europe from the comfort of their own homes.
The Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe is the biggest horse race in France and also the most lucrative in Europe, with the winner of Sunday’s Group One 1m4f contest bagging a cool £2.4m for their owners.
The ITV Racing cameras will also be at Longchamp to cover the best of the Sunday racing – including the big one – the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe at 3:20pm UK time. With the action being broadcast on their ITV3 channel during the afternoon.
Their coverage will start at 1:00pm and run through till 3:30pm, with the programme fronted by Ed Chamberlin and Francesca Cumani, plus reports from Oli Bell and Matt Chapman, while the afternoon’s commentary will be provided by Richard Hoiles.
At this stage, the André Fabre-trained Sosie heads the betting for the 2024 Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe as the legendary French stable look for their nineth win in the race.
While Irish handler Aidan O’Brien’s Arc runners will be spearheaded by the 2023 St Leger winner Continuous and this year’s Irish Derby winner Los Angeles as he looks for his third success in the Arc.
