The Los Angeles Lakers are riding a four-game winning streak and have started their six-game Grammy road trip with two wins in a row. They will look to extend their positive momentum on Tuesday when they visit the Philadelphia 76ers.
The 76ers will be without several key players, including two-time scoring time Joel Embiid and nine-time All-Star Paul George. While the Lakers are mostly healthy now, they will still be without two key role players.
Guard Gabe Vincent will miss his second straight game due to knee soreness. In addition, forward Jarred Vanderbilt, who returned on Saturday after being out for nearly a full calendar year after suffering a foot injury, will sit out Tuesday’s game.
The good news, however, is that forward Rui Hachimura, who missed L.A.’s last two games with a calf ailment, will not only play but will return to the starting lineup.
Los Angeles is in fifth place in the Western Conference with a 26-18 record. After facing the Sixers, its next game will be on Thursday against the Washington Wizards before it heads to Madison Square Garden for a showdown with the New York Knicks on Saturday.
