Reflecting on Apuesta Total’s growth and Cirsa’s acquisition of a 70% stake in the company in July 2024, Perez outlines how partnerships and shared expertise are boosting the operator’s hopes of continuing to lead the Peru gambling market. “We know the people, we know the politicians, we are pretty confident we will continue to be the market leader,” Perez tells Hogan.
“Of course, they [international operators] have new technology that maybe we don’t have, but that’s going to be good for us. It will make us better for our customers.”
