On Saturday, September 21, 2024 at the Henfrasa Sports Center, the National Referees Commission (CONA) will organize the annual physical fitness test for international referees and candidates for the FIFA 2025 list.
Under the auspices of the Haitian Football Federation (FHF), this exercise will be led by the official FIFA/Concacaf physical trainer, Professor Toussaint Coissy Dogbe.
The 8 Haitian referees on the FIFA 2024 list, as well as seven candidates distinguished during the recent FIFA-RAP courses and the national championship, will participate in this crucial physical test. Among them, referees Patrick Senechales, Carl-Henry Elie, Smeedly Saint Jean, Kendy Sylvéus Benjamin, Berline Geffrard, and assistants Falone Dieurisma, Jean Marc Moreau, and Jean Rouchild Edmond, will aim to confirm their status.
From February to September 2024, these referees officiated in Concacaf and FIFA competitions, their performances having been recognized by CONA. Their selection for the upcoming Caribbean Cup days reinforces the reputation of Haitian refereeing at the regional level.
