The Terps are fresh off a 27-13 win over Virginia on the road, in which they outscored the Hoos 20-0 in the second half. Meanwhile, Villanova, an FCS program, stands at 3-0 with its latest win coming over Towson.

With a victory, Maryland would extend its 14-game nonconference winning streak and nine-game winning streak over Villanova.
