WEST LAFAYETTE − On Wednesday afternoon, 11 former Purdue football players hoped to catch the attention of NFL scouts.
All NFL franchises except the Pittsburgh Steelers were at Mollenkopf Athletic Center to watch Boilermakers participate in various drills.
Offensive tackle Marcus Mbow, who participated in last week’s NFL Combine, was on hand but did not perform. Mbow projects as Purdue’s highest draftable prospect and met with scouts on hand.
Ben Freehill only kicked for scouts and quarterback Hudson Card threw to receivers in addition to his speed and jumping drill participation.
Here’s the numbers for Purdue’s participants at Wednesday’s pro day.
