COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX)—Dozens of shoppers made their way to Century Square on Saturday for the Holiday Artisan Market.
Vendors offering woodwork, plants, candles, and other handcrafted gifts were available.
“It is just a great event and people love to come out enjoy and just walk around shopping,” said Casey Barone with Visit College Station. “It just shows that our community has grown and they love supporting local and small businesses.”
The market offered visitors the chance to get some last-minute holiday shopping out of the way, with more than a dozen vendors in one location.
“I was worried about it being so close to Christmas but it seemed like everyone came out to shop,” Vendor, Aubrey Ruffino said.
The Brazos Valley Big Band provided music during the event to keep the holiday spirit.
