CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) – According to the CDC, heart disease is the leading cause of death for men and women. Regular physical activity can reduce your risk of heart disease.
Relentless Fitness & Training is helping dozens of people reach their full potential and become the best versions of themselves this heart month and all year long.
Noah LeCount and his wife, Mikayla, started the gym two years ago. The two used their knowledge of fitness and their passion for helping others improve their well-being to create a successful business.
The program fits each individual’s needs, goals, and schedules. Relentless Fitness offers group setting and one-on-one training. Expert trainers will design a customized plan tailored to a person’s needs. The gym is for all ages, but with a special focus on those who are 40 and up to help them achieve their workout goals without getting overwhelmed and overtired.
“We’re not just about body transformation. We’re really trying to get people healthy and feeling stronger and young again so they can improve their quality of life,” said LeCount.
Relentless Fitness is offering a free training session to viewers. Click here to find out more information.
