ATP world No 1 Jannik Sinner and Anna Kalinskaya appear to have ended their relationship amid ongoing speculation the pair are no longer an item.
Sinner and Kalinskaya’s relationship was first confirmed this spring, with the Russian notably in Sinner’s player box during his US Open final victory over Taylor Fritz at the end of the summer.
However, it now seems that the couple have potentially parted ways.
Eyebrows were first raised last week when Sinner, amid his successful ATP Finals campaign, refused to dwell too much on Kalinskaya when asked if he had changed during their relationship.
“I don’t think anything has changed,” Sinner said.
“Having a girlfriend is something that either makes you feel good or makes you feel bad. I want it to be something that feels very natural, which comes into my life normally.
“I can’t afford to change as a player or as a person. That hasn’t happened, that’s why it works.”
It has since emerged that the pair are no longer following each other on Instagram, with Kalinskaya reportedly liking social media posts critical of the Italian.
The 26-year-old appeared to like one post claiming that Sinner did not take enough care of his girlfriend while liking another which appeared to mock the Italian’s controversial comments regarding the Six Kings Slam in Saudi Arabia.

Should it emerge the two have split, they would be the second tennis ‘power couple’ to have done so in 2024 – with Anastasia Potapova recently confirming her divorce from Alexander Shevchenko.
Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa also briefly split this spring, but then reunited shortly before Roland Garros.
Kalinskaya’s 2024 season is over, with the Russian last playing at the Ningbo Open in China last month.
2024 has proven to be a breakthrough year for Kalinskaya, who ends the season ranked 14th in the world – after beginning the year outside of the top 70.
The Russian reached her first Grand Slam quarter-final at the beginning of the year at the Australian Open, while also reaching a WTA 1000 final in Dubai and a WTA 500 final in Berlin.
Sinner, meanwhile, will look to end a staggering season on a high at the Davis Cup Finals in Malaga.
Having won the title in 2023, Italy face Australia in Saturday’s semi-final before a potential final against the Netherlands on Sunday.
The Italian won two Grand Slam titles in 2024 and reached world No 1 for the first time, winning eight titles in total.
However, his season was dragged into controversy when it emerged this August that he had failed two drugs tests in March 2024.
