Chagrin Falls, Ohio – Senior Academic All-Ohio Athletic Conference Ryan Green (Conneaut/Edgewood) earned his first career medalist honors as the Baldwin Wallace University men’s golf team won the Hiram College Tri-Match at the Tanglewood Club.

BW was first of three teams with 334 strokes on the par-72 and 7,029 yard Tanglewood layout.

• Green was first of 26 players as he fired a round of 80
• Sophomore CJ Goodrich (Chardon) was the runner-up by one stroke behind Green after he shot a round of 81
• Senior Logan Cook (Berea/Berea-Midpark) finished tied for seventh as he carded a round of 86
• Freshman Payton Brown (Cranberry Township, Pa./Seneca Valley) placed 11th as he tallied a round of 87
• Freshman Trevor Donovan (North Olmsted) was 13th as he had a round of 90

• Sophomore Zach Martin (Poland/Seminary) placed fourth and fired a career-low round of 83
• Senior Ethan Morrison (Conneaut) carded a career-low round of 92
• Sophomore Charlie DeCapua (Independence) shot a round of 93
• Junior Academic All-OAC Ben McCallum (Canton/Massillon Jackson) tallied a round of 100
• Senior Brady Compton (Berea/Berea-Midpark) had a round of 119

The Yellow Jackets are back in action on Monday, September 23 when they travel to Tiffin to compete in the Battle of the Sandusky hosted by Heidelberg College at the Mohawk Golf & Country Club.
