Qatar Airways recently announced that it will be launching its flights to Bogotá and Caracas in early summer 2025. Yes, the two new weekly flights will be on Wednesdays and Sundays. So, it will connect the Hamad International Airport in Doha to the Bogota El Dorado International Airport in Columbia and the Caracas Simon Bolivar International Airport in Venezuela. Moreover, the return flight from Caracas will operate non-stop to Doha.
It’s worth mentioning that with the start of these flights, Qatar Airways has become the first and the only airline that offers non-stop flights from the Middle East to Columbia. Additionally, it will be the only Middle East carrier that will be operating in Venezuela. Moreover, after the addition of Bogota and Caracas, the airline’s network is bound to expand in the Americas to a total of 160 destinations.

It’s worth mentioning that these flights will be operated by Boeing 777-200LR aircraft. These aircraft are equipped with business class and economy class. So with the start of the services, travellers from Bogota and Caracas will be provided convenient access to the Middle East and beyond. At this point, it’s worth mentioning that Qatar Airways has been voted the world’s best airline eight times by Skytrax. Committed to bringing award-winning services to the markets, the aim is to amplify its presence in South America.
