Japan’s Hideki Matsuyama won the season-opening Sentry golf tournament in Hawaii by three strokes Sunday for his 11th career PGA Tour victory.
Matsuyama shot an 8-under 65 in the final round to finish with a 35-under 257 total on the par-73 Plantation Course at Kapalua. Collin Morikawa of the United States finished alone in second.
