HAMILTON, N.Y. – The Binghamton golf team completed its first day of competition at the Alex Lagowitz Memorial Saturday at Seven Oaks Golf Club.
In the Bearcats’ first round of competition of the 2024-25 season, Ryan Millevoi, Sean Shen and Tynan Jones tied for 36th after each golfer shot 75/3-over par. Shen picked up four birdies and nine pars, Jones had four birdies and eight pars Millevoi recorded three birdies and eight pars.
Overall, Binghamton finished the day 12th as a team at 303/15-over par. Navy and Yale are tied for first at 289/1-over par.
Due to play being suspended early on Saturday because of rain in the area, the tournament has been trimmed down from 54 to 36 holes. The final round of the event begins on Sunday with a shotgun start at 9 a.m.
