MIAMI — FIU’s women’s golf program announced its 2024-25 schedule on Thursday.
The Panthers, under head coach John Koskinen, will have an even five fall and five spring tournaments in 2024-25. FIU’s postseason will then begin at the Conference USA Championships April 14-16 in Saint Augustine, Fla.
FIU opens its Fall schedule on Sept. 8 in Madison, Wis. for a three-day event, the Badger Invitational. The Panthers will be back in Big 10-country a few weeks later at the Mary Fossum Invitational on Sept. 22-23, hosted by Michigan State.
FIU’s home event, the Pat Bradley Invitational, follows on Sept. 30 and Oct. 1, hosted for the first time at Trump National Doral. The event name recognizes decorated alumnus Pat Bradley, a 31-time winner on the PGA tour.
The Panthers then head to Raleigh, N.C. for the Ruth’s Chris Tar Heel Invitational, hosted by UNC. FIU’s fall slate concludes in Coral Gables as the Panthers participate in the Hurricane Invitational, Oct. 29-30.
FIU will have its entire spring season in familiar territory as all five tournaments and the Conference USA Championships will all be in the state of Florida.
The spring competition season will start in Coral Springs on Feb. 3-4 at the FAU Paradise Invitational. FIU will then take on its second event hosted by Michigan State, this time at the Spartan Suncoast Invitational in Sarasota on Feb. 16-17.
The Panthers then head to Gainesville for the Gators Invitational March 7-9. FIU will head to Tallahassee March 21-23 for the FSU Match-Up. The regular season concludes in St. Augustine at the Coach Mo Classic March 31-April 1.
FIU then builds towards the CUSA Championships April 14-16 in St. Augustine.
