Four-time champion DePaul, which last won a county crown in 2019, was awarded the No. 1 seed for the 50th Passaic County girls basketball tournament at the Monday, Jan. 27 seeding meeting.

The Spartans, No. 2 West Milford, No. 3 Kennedy and No. 4 Eastside all received byes to the quarterfinals.

Reigning champ Wayne Hills was seeded 11th. The Patriots defeated Eastside in the 2024 final, 50-47, for their first title since 1982.
