CINCINNATI — Could future Hall of Fame defensive end JJ Watt come out of retirement?
Watt continues to joke about the possibility of signing with the Bengals.
Watt is a part owner of the Burnley English soccer club and his goalkeeper, James Trafford, is a big Bengals fan. Watt said that he would come out of retirement to play for the Bengals if Trafford didn’t allow another goal this season.
The Burnley keeper just posted his 13th-straight league clean sheet.
Trafford continues to be perfect. So much so that Watt looked up a few properties in Cincinnati.
This probably won’t happen, but how fun would it be? Watt hasn’t played since the 2022 season when he finished with 39 tackles and 12.5 sacks for the Cardinals.
