FULTON, Ill. (KWQC) – The Fulton Steamers boys golf team could be heard from miles away as they were welcomed back home from the Class 1 A state tournament with a police and fire escort, Saturday night. The team claimed a top ranking spot this weekend.
The Fulton boys golf team finished second at the tournament with Jacob Voss and Owen Van Zuiden placing fifth individually.
The boys golf team’s overall score was 619 for the weekend, according to tournament records. They had 310 on Friday and 309 on Saturday.
