Book’em Danno worked Friday for the first time since he was second by a neck as the odds-on favorite last out in the Grade 3 Perryville Stakes on Oct. 19.
Trained by Derek Ryan, the 3-year-old Bucchero gelding has finished in the money in all 10 career starts, and he won the Woody Stephens (G3) in June for his only graded score.
He breezed four furlongs in 52 seconds Friday, 79th fastest of 82 at the distance.
