A quarterback whom many consider to be one of the most athletic signal-callers of all time, the legendary Michael Vick announced that he would be leaving his Fox Sports analyst job to become a head coach.
In what can only be described as a bittersweet moment for the former 2010 NFL Comeback Player of the Year, Vick’s seven-year career with Fox Sports will end as he begins anew as the head coach for the Division I Norfolk State Spartans.
Vick shared love for his Fox Sports co-workers in an emotional farewell:

After playing six seasons for the Atlanta Falcons, five seasons for the Philadelphia Eagles, and one season for the New York Jets, Vick played his last NFL season with the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2015—appearing in five games and starting three. During that time, Vick accumulated 99 rushing yards, 371 passing yards, and two TDs.
Vick has paved the way for a new generation of mobile quarterbacks in today’s NFL, and no one can deny the impact he had on the game we all know and love.
