This can be especially beneficial if you’re training in hot climates. “I personally prefer a dry fit that’s large enough where I can pull the shirt from my belly button three or four inches before the shirt stretches tight,” says Mike Hamlin, CSCS, a conditioning specialist and founder of Everflex Fitness.
