A boutique fitness brand appears to be working on a new location in Atlanta.
Barry’s is planned for 1105 West Peachtree, according to a recent Midtown Development Review Committee meeting agenda. The scope of work on the space would include applying film on the glass storefronts and installing partitions walls near the windows to mitigate sound and provide privacy for gym visitors, according to the agenda.
The concept began in 1998 in Los Angeles and has since grown to more than 80 studios worldwide. Barry’s, formerly referred to as Barry’s Bootcamp, offers high-energy cardio and strength interval training workouts in its signature “Red Room.”
This would be the second Atlanta outpost for Barry’s, which can currently be found in Buckhead at 303 East Paces Ferry Road.
