Chase Fitness has opened in Lower Allen Township.
The fitness studio opened at 4928 Louise Drive, Suite 103, in the Rossmoyne Business Center on Sept. 30.
Melissa Chase — a personal trainer and a licensed physical therapy assistant — is partnering with her sister, Kelly Chase, to offer one-on-one private training and small group training. Chase Fitness will also offer nutritional advice.
The gym is for people age 40 and over.
“I have always seen the need for a space where people can work out, get stronger, and chase their health and wellness goals without feeling the intimidation of being in a large box gym setting,” owner Melissa Chase, said in a news release.
The Mechanicsburg Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Chase Fitness last month.
