ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — A franchisee for Crunch Fitness is planning to open a third St. Louis-area location of the gym and exercise-class chain.
The Undefeated Tribe, an Austin, Texas-based franchisee, is adding a $6 million, 45,000-square-foot fitness facility at 411 Mid Rivers Mall Drive in St. Peters this spring. An exact opening date has yet to be announced.
The site, which formerly held a Weekends Only furniture store location, is owned by RFT Mid Rivers LLC, whose registered agent is J&K Trustee Services, and Tri Star 411 LLC, which now goes by CV 411 LLC and is affiliated with Larry Chapman of Seneca Commercial Real Estate, according to county and state records.
Franchisee The Undefeated Tribe said in September that it operates 27 locations in Texas and Oklahoma. According to a Monday press release, it currently is working to open 17 new gyms across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Missouri this year.
