Auld & White Constructors LLC of Jacksonville is the contractor for the estimated $1.5 million build-out for a commercial gym in a shell space on the first floor of the six-story building under construction at 1 Shipyards Place on the Northbank, near the Four Seasons Hotel & Residences.
Kasper architects & associates of Jacksonville is the architect.
Plans show a reception area, exercise room, commercial gym, locker and shower rooms and storage in 5,046 square feet of space. A site brochure shows the fitness center at a total 6,633 square feet.
