Are you ready for a workout?
Fitness Boxing 3: Your Personal Trainer will be punching in on Dec. 7, and it will be quite a moving time (literally!). In the game, you’ll jab, uppercut, and dodge to the beat of catchy tunes.
The latest video gives a quick look at the game’s personalization options and a couple exercises that are new to the series: Mitt Drills and Sit Fit Boxing. In Mitt Drills, you’ll throw punches at an instructor’s gloves, allowing you to perform combos at your own pace. Sit Fit Boxing is exactly what the name implies—it’s an exercise that can be done while sitting.
You’ll also meet some of the game’s extremely dedicated trainers. In the game, you’ll be able to customize them with unlockable outfits and hairstyles. And as your partnership with them grows, you may even unlock short “Box-and-Bond” episodes where you can learn more about your trainers. (No, that doesn’t mean they’ll go easier on you.)
