The Madison College Fitness, Recreation and Wellness Program is launching a new Fitness 4 You Workshop Series starting the week of March 24. It is a fun and engaging workshop series designed to help faculty, staff and students take charge of the health and wellness.
The series will guide participants through personalized assessments, goal setting and strategies for success. Whether you want to improve your nutrition, increase your activity level or boost your overall wellbeing, these workshops can help.

Each workshop runs for one week, Monday through Friday, with sessions lasting 45 minutes. Sign up for one, multiple or the entire series for a discounted rate.

- Pre Workshop: Assessments (March 24-28) – Free
- Workshop 1: Health Coaching and InBody Scan (March 31-April 4) – $45
- Workshop 2: Nutrition Coaching (April 7-11) – $35
- Workshop 3 & 4: Exercise Programming Development & Checkin (April 14-18, April 21-25)) – $75 (must be booked together)
